Elmar Reizen started in 2000 in Arnhem and has grown up by focusing entirely on cheap holidays. A team of employees called tour operators or airlines every day in the early days to get the best offers. And actually we still do that, but now there is much more automated and we now work from Amsterdam.

Elmar Reizen needed a 360-degree customer profile. To keep their services as cheap as possible, there was also a strong demand for automation.

By linking Salesforce with the tour operators’ APIs and the ERP system and collecting leads and customer requests in Salesforce, Profit4SF has developed a fully automated CRM system for Elmar Reizen. This way the handling of a booking is arranged with a few clicks.
