Watersportverbond consists of and promotes around 400 affiliated water sports associations, representing more than 80,000 members (recreational users, grassroots sports, competitive athletes and top athletes).

Watersportverbond wanted to solve a number of problems through the use of Salesforce, including:
– Complicated user interface
–  Privacy settings
–  No responsiveness
–  Easily find and edit duplicate records
–  Entering and converting members is too time-consuming
